It's Friday today. You expect the day would be long, thinking about resting at your home on Sunday. Two days left! You have still a lot of work to do.
The morning is very busy, but after lunch, you realize you have worked fast enough, and you can relax a little bit.
As soon as you sit, someone knocks on your door. It's Amhed. He leads the design team in your company.
"Hello Boss. Sorry to bother you, but I would like to talk to you about something who disturbs everyone in the team. It's not really something, but someone..."

"It's about Liam. I know, he is a good worker, he does a good job here, but he disturbs the team by his behaviour. He is very tactile, and makes the others very uncomfortable."
"Why do you mean, by tactile?" You ask.
"Well, when we talk, he touches our shoulders, and he has some mimickings which is not... normal for a guy."

Your employees come to you with a complaint about Liam, who they think is gay because he is feminine, tactile and doesn’t have the same interest than them. They say they can’t work properly with him around and ask you to do something about him.
a. Ask Liam to be careful with his behavior and to go reassure the others.
b. Tell your employees to focus on their work
c. Move Liam on another department
"If it do not disturb you, yes, I would like you to do that."
"Ok. Is there another thing I need to know before I call him?"
"This could be very direct, but me and the team would like him to be move elsewhere. We can't work with him."
"But if he could change, he would not bother you anymore, wouldn't he?"
"I'm sorry Boss, I know this sound harsh, but the team doesn't want to work with a gay guy. This is why we want him to be moved. We can't be effective with him around us."

he told you liam is too tactile and he is not like the others
liam feel very bad, because it's like everybody is against him, and the fact that the others let him feel like he is different, he feels excluded and bizarre (like he is a monster)
you can propose to liam to be moved on another team because you feel like amhed will not change
you can put a sensibilization campaign to make everybody aware on how to behave but it would cost some money and time in the company.
you can let liam on the team, but he will feel very bad and maybe quit the job because of amhed and the co workers.
Amhed looks disappointed, but leaves your office. You give a quick call to Liam, asking him to come.
When he enters your office, he seems to be very anxious.
"Hi Liam, please, take a sit."
"Is there something wrong, chef?"

"Well, I can feel sometimes they are putting me aside. Did Amhed talk to you about my behaviour? I can understand if it's that..."
"Yes, apparently, he told me you were to much tactile."
"Ok, I understand. I will be more careful. You know, I don't do this on purpose, it's my nature..."
"Don't justify yourself Liam, you don't have to. I thank you for your understanding. I will ask Amhed to come and tell him about it."
You call Amhed, asking him to come. He enters then your office, and sit next to Liam.

"I am sorry if I made something wrong. It was not my intention. I hope we could still work together."
"Don't worry. Just focus on your work and everything would be alright." You said.
They left your office. Liam seems to be hurt by what you have said. But the most important is their work.

It's been three weeks since the meeting. Liam feels rejected, despite your meeting. Amhed and the others are putting him aside, and make no effort to change their behaviour. On the other hand, Liam has been more careful about his behaviour.
Yesterday, he asked you to be put in another team.
